Graduate Quantity Surveyor - 2027 Development Programme - Peterborough

We are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure @one Alliance team in Peterborough to support the successful delivery of clean water and wastewater projects through effective cost and contract management across East Anglia.

What you'll do:?

  • Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
  • Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting.
  • Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Anglian Water).
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures.
  • Contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting.

What you'll bring to the role:?

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Commercial Management or equivalent (RICS accredited).
  • A strong interest in the water, utilities or infrastructure sector.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, team-working mindset and active pursuit of professional accreditation.
  • This role requires visits to sites across the UK. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.
