Heyne Tillett Steel is seeking exceptional and passionate Structural Engineering Graduates to join our leading practice in 2027.

Our Approach to Graduate Development

At HTS, we believe in nurturing talent through an environment that fosters continuous learning and genuine autonomy. This commitment sets us apart and shapes how we work as a practice.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, we hold company-wide meetings where all staff are encouraged to present ideas and contribute to open debates on technical design.

We also hold regular assemblies addressing both technical and people-related matters, ensuring every voice is heard regardless of seniority.

Engineers at all levels are actively involved in meetings and engagements with design teams from an early stage. Regular site visits are encouraged throughout your career with us, and our graduate cohort benefits from specialised, structured training designed to support your professional development.
