Job Specification: Graphic Designer
Location: London based (5 days in the office)
Reporting: Group Creative Operations Director
We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join HEAD’s design team based in North Greenwich, London. The successful candidate will work as part of the creative team helping to produce a wide range of engaging and customer focused marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of digital and print materials, including, social media graphics, brochures, banners, and much more.
- Collaborate with the London team to create visually appealing content that excites and resonates with our customers.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and adhere to its guidelines.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and tools, incorporating new ideas and techniques into design work.
- Able to artwork and deliver digital and print ready files to a high standard.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to design discussions within the team.
- Assist in the production and post-production processes, ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate and work with the motion team to help deliver engaging and relevant assets.
- Attend shoots and assist the Creative Leads, when required.
Skillsets:
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Happy to prioritise your workload and offer support when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot design issues and offer creative solutions within project constraints.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital artwork, graphic design, or a similar role
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiency in Figma is beneficial.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, in Graphic Design or a related field.
Up to date digital portfolio.
