What They Need

• Strong background in Data Engineering and cloud data platforms
• Experience building scalable pipelines and distributed data systems
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong leadership skills with experience growing technical teams
