Head of Digital Enablement and Delivery, International Student Mobility at the British Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the digital enablement function at the heart of a global programme that supports international student mobility, education agents and counsellors, and the Study UK campaign.

As Head of Digital Enablement and Delivery, you'll:

✅ Shape and optimise digital platforms, systems and participant experiences across a global audience.

✅ Lead digital transformation, adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Act as product owner for the end-to-end digital experience across the International Student Mobility programme.

✅ Partner with Digital & Technology, Marketing and programme teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

✅ Build and lead a new team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

We're looking for an experienced digital leader with a strong track record in digital transformation, platform optimisation, stakeholder engagement, service design and user-centred delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

📍 Location: London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Belfast (UK only)

💰 Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 plus London Market Allowance where applicable
