As Head of Transformation, you will play a critical leadership role at the centre of this agenda, translating strategy into action and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-wide change. Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive performance, unlock value and shape the future of the organisation.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will lead major transformation programmes, including enterprise efficiency, M&A integration and operating model transformation. You will also play a key role in building organisational capability, embedding a more mature, consistent and effective approach to change and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery and evolution of the Enterprise Plan, ensuring strong governance, visibility and progress across all transformation programmes
- Managing risk, interdependencies and delivery challenges across complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Leading the integration of future M&A targets, from early due diligence through to full integration, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and delivery oversight
- Chairing governance forums and working closely with senior stakeholders across acquired businesses to ensure seamless integration
- Establishing and leading an enterprise-wide efficiency programme, driving a clear “save to invest” mindset and delivering a strong pipeline of value creation
- Designing and embedding robust governance and approval processes for investment decisions, ensuring strong return on investment discipline
- Playing a leading role in the delivery of key transformation programmes, including operating model change and business transformation linked to major system upgrades
- Providing PMO centre of excellence leadership, driving best practice, consistency and continuous improvement across programme delivery
- Leading, coaching and developing team members while enabling delivery across the wider organisation
- Acting as a visible ambassador for transformation, helping to build a culture of performance, accountability and continuous improvement
- Significant experience (typically 10+ years) across corporate and consulting environments, ideally within FMCG or similarly complex organisations
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes end-to-end
- Strong programme and project management expertise within complex, multi-functional environments
- Deep experience of governance, risk management and delivering transformation roadmaps
- Strong commercial acumen, with a detailed understanding of P&L drivers and value creation levers
- Proven leadership capability, with experience of coaching and developing others
- Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge at senior leadership level
- Ability to think end-to-end, understanding how strategy links across the value chain from suppliers to customers and consumers
- Experience in areas such as operating model design, process optimisation, cost efficiency programmes or M&A integration (desirable)
- A self-starting, highly organised and intellectually curious approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
- Strong emotional intelligence, balancing rigour and structure with the ability to deliver through others
