Hedge Fund Operations - Equities - AI / Python Automation – Elite Hedge Fund
A leading multi-billion-dollar hedge fund is looking to hire an Operations specialist to join its expanding London office.
This newly created role will work closely with the Head of Operations, supporting the firm’s growing equities business across Operations / Middle Office, while gaining exposure to other products.
We’re looking for someone with 3–6 years’ buy-side Operations experience, with strong equities knowledge and hands-on experience across reconciliations, corporate actions, Collateral settlements and trade management.
Whilst this role is still very hands on, a key part of the role will be building and implementing technology solutions across Operations. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to automate processes and leverage AI, with experience in Python, SQL, VBAhighly advantageous.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to combine traditional Operations expertise with coding, automation and AI, with significant scope to shape the function as the business grows.
Strong academics are essential, including a Russell Group degree and excellent A-level results.
Successful candidates can expect a base salary of around £100k + market-leading bonus, alongside free breakfast and lunch and a market-leading benefits package.
