What You’ll Be Doing
As our Hire Fitter, you’ll keep our hire operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently:
- Hands-On Maintenance: Inspecting, testing, and servicing a wide range of mechanical and electrical tools so they are safe and ready for customer use.
- Customer Support: Offering expert advice to local trade customers, understanding their needs, and building friendly relationships.
- Branch Operations: Supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day hire department tasks, including occasional deliveries or collections.
- Safety First: Following compliance guidelines to ensure our safety standards are strictly maintained.
Who We’re Looking For
You don't need decades of experience, but you do need:
- A mechanical mindset or hands-on aptitude for repairing and testing tools/equipment.
- A practical, adaptable approach with great customer service skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
