About The Team
The People & Culture Advisory team plays a central role in supporting the wider P&C function, providing a critical service that underpins everything we do.
We are a highly collaborative team, working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a consistent, high-quality service to People Managers and Team Members. Our work touches all areas of P&C, ensuring the effective delivery of day-to-day operations while supporting broader strategic priorities.
We're a supportive and inclusive team who genuinely work together — sharing ideas, learning from each other, and continuously looking for ways to improve how we work. We encourage open thinking and value new perspectives, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing and making a difference.
About The Role
As a HR Advisor within our People & Culture team, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality, day to day HR support across the business. This is a varied position with a strong operational focus, where maintaining accurate records, supporting HR processes and responding to queries form a core part of your day to day responsibilities.
You'll work closely with People Managers, HR Business Partners and wider stakeholders, providing timely and pragmatic advice on a range of people matters. This includes supporting employee relation cases, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently, and helping to resolve issues in a fair and practical way.
Alongside this, you'll play an important role in maintaining and updating HR systems, supporting transactional processes such as onboarding, payroll and offboarding and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
While this is a hands-on, admin focused role, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider People & Culture initiatives and projects. This could include supporting policy development, contributing insights from data and trends and helping to deliver improvements that support the organisation's people strategy.
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and takes pride in getting the detail right, whilst also being open to getting involved in broader project work when opportunities arise.
