HR Programme Manager (L&D) - Global Hedge Fund – Up to £200k TC
Our client, a market leading global hedge fund undergoing a rapid expansion across the EMEA region, is looking to hire a HR Programme manager to work with their global L&D team, supporting the development and execution of talent development, performance management and competency enhancement initiatives for employee populations across the region as the firm continues to expand.
The hire will work closely with the L&D team as well as HR Business Partners on the development of skillset and competency enhancement initiatives for employees at all levels with a key focus on project work whether this be the development of programmes to foster high potential individuals or support with the execution of initiatives aimed at upskilling certain targeted employee segments. You will take responsibility for the delivery and execution of L&D projects managing framework development, setting up governance structures and working to track programme success by leveraging people analytics tools. The hire will also work to identify bottlenecks in the delivery of training initiatives or L&D content and play a role in improving how stakeholders can collaborate and tracking pain points as well as markers for success – using these data points to improve talent enablement.
This role provides project and data oriented HR professionals with the opportunity to step into a key project focused role which will drive the development and engagement of people analytics and operational excellence across the firm’s L&D initiatives with the aim of making talent management and enablement processes more data driven and facilitating the alignment of people development aims with wider business needs. It also allows the hire to take a high impact role across the entire lifecycle of talent enablement projects from design, to reporting and tracking through to driving execution as a firm that has expanded in the region and is scaling whilst working as part of a lean and collaborative team.
This is a first of its kind hire for the firm in Europe and hence business critical, so the firm is committed to paying the successful candidate a strong increase on their current base with significant bonus potential for strong performers – we expect up to £200k TC initially.
