Location: Southgate, North London (Hybrid – Initially Onsite)

Salary: £50,000

A well-established UK tour operator is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their internal IT team. Working across a complex hybrid environment, you'll support both on-premises and cloud technologies while helping to deliver long-term infrastructure improvements across multiple UK sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Teams.
• Manage devices through Intune, Endpoint Manager and Windows Autopilot.
• Maintain Windows infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, WSUS and Group Policy.
• Provide endpoint and desktop support across the business.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Support Microsoft Defender and promote security best practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Proven experience supporting hybrid infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online and Windows infrastructure.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, SSO and MFA.
• Proactive, self-driven and passionate about technology.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Best suited to candidates from internal IT environments rather than predominantly MSP backgrounds.
