Investment Team Off-Cycle Intern

We are looking to hire off-cycle interns to join our investment team in London, to support the team’s efforts across the complete deal life cycle from sourcing through to due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition support and monitoring.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the investment team in their deal sourcing efforts, including analyzing and assessing industry trends and opportunities, growth momentum of key players, business strategy, and competitive position
- Analysing investment opportunities within the sectors of software and technology-enabled services
- Assist in building financial models to drive investment decisions
- Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities
- Support our portfolio companies across a wide range of topics
What we are looking for:
- A passion for the technology/software industry
- Prior financial modelling experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to think and work independently
- Must-have education: outstanding academic track record, including undergraduate degree and / or master’s degree (or in final year) from a leading university or business school
- Must-have experience requirements: at least 6 months of consecutive experience in M&A, prior exposure to private equity or venture capital is a plus
- Must-have language requirements: written and spoken communication skills in English and fluency in one or more additional European language i.e., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish
