IP Solicitor (Brand Protection)

We are seeking an experienced IP Solicitor to join our specialist Brand Protection practice.

The role will involve a varied mix of advisory, protection and enforcement work across trade marks, design rights, copyright and wider brand protection matters. You will work with a high-quality client base across the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors, while also having the opportunity to play an active role in the continued development and growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong technical legal skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Relevant IP experience, ideally with a particular focus on brands and trade marks.
• Experience of, or an interest in, trade mark and design protection and enforcement.
• A commercial and practical approach to advising clients.
• An interest in helping to develop and grow a specialist practice.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with brands across the media, entertainment, fashion, art and consumer sectors.
