eWe are building the next generation Fulfilment Platform designed to support large-scale customer order processing across both manual and automated warehouse operations. The platform powers order picking, marshalling, dispatching, workflow orchestration, real-time operational visibility, and intervention capabilities across multiple fulfilment centres globally

.This is a high-profile greenfield engineering programme where you will contribute to designing and building highly scalable, resilient, customer-facing backend systems handling significant transactional volumes and availability requirements

.You will join a globally distributed engineering team responsible for delivering software throughout the entire product lifecycle, following DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices

Key Responsibiliti

• esDesign, develop and deliver scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boo
• t.Build and maintain high-performance microservices and event-driven architecture
• s.Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions for large-scale distributed system
• s.Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise and third-party platform
• s.Build highly available and operationally resilient systems supporting mission-critical fulfilment operation
• s.Work closely with Product, Operations, Architects, Data Engineers and Platform team
• s.Drive engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD and observabilit
