In this role, you will support the Access team by tracking assets and conducting software audits. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing the starters, leavers, and movers process.
The benefits:
- Salary - Up to £26,000
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

- Conduct weekly desk & meeting room checks ensuring IT equipment is working as expected.
- Accountable for stock levels of IT equipment and maintaining the Access database
- Creation of accounts for starters, leavers, movers.
- To support in software & hardware audits
- To manage the leavers process to ensure that all IT equipment Is returned.
- To conduct a new starters welcome calls supporting them to log on to the system and answer queries.
- To help support in providing IT kit for 'walk ups'
- To follow the ticket best practice guide making sure tickets and requestors are regularly updated.
- Act as an overflow to help support the IT Service desk answering incoming calls
- Good understanding of how a laptop works and the components within it.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10
- Highly motivated and a passion to deliver an outstanding service.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Ability to balance workload in a calm and efficient manner
- Confidence to challenge, review and help to Improve processes and procedures.
