We are currently looking for Junior Project Manager to join our team, support the successful delivery of our projects and contribute to the development of the UK market.

You will be in charge of:

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of marine and fit-out projects.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, resources and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, costs, deadlines and potential risks.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities together with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other partners.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and support the development of long-term business relationships.
• Participate in meetings with clients, partners and project teams.
• Support the preparation of quotations, cost estimates and commercial proposals.
• Assist in resolving technical and organisational issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in line with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Actively contribute to the development of the UK market and assigned region by building relationships with existing and potential clients and identifying new project opportunities.
• Gradually take ownership of larger parts of projects as your experience and competencies grow.

We expect You to:

• Have 1–3 years of professional experience in a project-based environment.
• Ideally have experience in marine, fit-out, shipbuilding, marine mechanical or construction projects.
• Have a good understanding of project coordination and project delivery processes.
• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Be organised, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Be motivated to develop your career in project management and take on increasing responsibility.
• Be interested in contributing to the growth and development of the UK market.
• Be willing and able to travel when required.
• Previous experience working with clients, subcontractors or suppliers would be considered an advantage.

Location: UK

Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Specific salary will be discussed individually, depending on work location, experience, competence, and compliance with other requirements of the position.
