What you will be doing
Leader & Manager Development
- Support the design and delivery of leadership and manager development solutions across EMEA.
- Use internal data and external best practice to improve learning design, tools and assessments.
- Help build and maintain a People Development Toolkit for Ricoh leaders and managers. This should include tools such as talent assessments, 360 feedback, coaching options and development programmes.
- Design or support leadership and manager development projects from start to finish, including planning, research, content, reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Create and deliver learning such as workshops, virtual sessions, digital learning paths, practical tools, templates and local playbooks.
- Look for ways to use AI to improve learning solutions, such as AI coaches or chatbots.
- Facilitate virtual and inperson sessions as required.
- Create practical toolkits for local teams, including conversation guides and team session plans, so managers can support development themselves
- Manage pilots, gather lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Use simple measures before and after programmes to track use, progress and business impact.
- Work with the wider Leader and Manager Development team and L&D Business Partners to understand business needs and create solutions that can be used across EMEA.
- Give advice on leadership development, manager development, Leadership Expectations and team effectiveness.
- Create clear communication plans to help people understand, use and support the programmes.
- Prepare simple update slides for L&D LT, HRLT, leadership networks and community groups.
- Work with L&D, HRBPs, leadership communities and business teams to support smooth delivery and alignment.
- Work as one team with other Senior Specialists and the Leadership Lead. Share responsibility, support each other during busy periods and provide cover during absence.
- Help define what must be the same across EMEA and what can be adapted locally. Keep local changes aligned with EMEA standards.
- Create and maintain shared slide decks, facilitator guides and programme materials in one central place.
- Work with the team and Ricoh Communications to build Communities of Practice. Use content, discussions and virtual events to keep people engaged.
- Maintain dashboards, programme measures and impact reports for assigned work.
- Make sure manager development offers are clear, consistent, high quality and improved over time.
- Support the management of internal and external partners who help deliver content
You will ideally have
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally working in a global or matrix organisation
- Ideally educated to at least degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong learning design skills and experience creating different types of learning.
- Confident facilitator, able to run virtual and in-person sessions.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, managing risks and communicating with stakeholders.
- Experience working with LMS/ LXP and HRIS platforms.
- Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence HRBPs and business leaders.
- Strong collaborator, able to build good relationships across markets, teams and functions.
- Good understanding of leadership, management and how adults learn.
