We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership and Management Trainer to join the Learning and Development Team

The Leadership and Management Trainer is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that develop leadership capabilities across the organisation. The role focuses on enhancing management effectiveness, building high-performing teams, and supporting organisational growth and development through impactful learning experience

What you'll be d


  • oing:
    Design and deliver leadership and management training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) to enhance leadership capability in line with ACG Leadership princ
  • iples.Develop training materials, including presentations, workshops, case studies, and e-learning co
  • ntent.Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, colleague feedback and performance
  • data.Facilitate sessions on topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, performance management, and strategic thi
  • nking.Coach and mentor managers and emerging leaders to help leaders identify strengths and areas of improv
  • ement.Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and
  • KPIs.Provide feedback to learners and their Line Managers where necessary to help with their personal develo
  • pment.Collaborate with the People Team and senior leadership to align training with business
  • goals.Stay updated on best practices and trends in leadership development and adult lea
  • rning.Support succession planning and talent development initia
  • tives.Maintain own knowledge and competence by undertaking appropriate continuing professional develo
  • pment.Make sure colleagues are aware of the mechanisms for speaking up in ACG and act where req
  • uired.Maintain their own training compliance with and ensure they are up to date with regulatory stan
  • dards.Adherence to all Group policies and procedures and ensuring that all colleagues in the service are aware of and understand company pol

What you'l

    Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent (or willing to work towards within their 1st 6 months of emp

  • n skillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in managing people and / o
