We’re working with a leading UK residential real estate services group backed by a major European parent company and operating across multiple well-known brands.

The business is in a high-growth, acquisition phase, with a strong focus on modernising and standardising its technology landscape, making this a great time to join and have real impact.

The Role

They're appointing an IT M&A Integration Analyst to take responsibility for supporting the IT M&A Programme Manager to migrate the newly acquired acquisitions.

Reporting to the IT M&A Programme Manager, this role plays a critical role in supporting the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into the companies acquisition growth. The role is responsible for data discovery, data mapping, migration preparation, and supporting CRM integration activities—primarily into Reapit.

Working closely with the IT M&A Programme Manager, Operations, IT, BAU and external suppliers, the Analyst ensures that data is accurately migrated, validated, tested, and embedded into BAU processes. The role also supports wider integration activities across Finance, HR, Operations, and other functions to ensure a smooth transition post‑acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead data discovery activities to understand source system structures, data quality, and migration readiness.
  • Perform detailed data mapping between source systems and the target CRM (Reapit) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business rules.
  • Contribute where required to the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle from deal completion through transition into BAU.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, acquired business stakeholders, and external suppliers.

What they're looking for:

  • Experience in data migration, data analysis, or system integration projects—ideally within M&A or CRM environments
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Reapit experience essential)
  • Exposure to cross‑functional projects and working across teams
  • Experience in environments undergoing change, transformation, or acquisition integration is desirable.
