We are looking for an enthusiastic maintenance officer to deliver a comprehensive programme of maintenance, repairs and building support services across West Northamptonshire Council’s corporate properties. This includes reactive, compliance and planned maintenance activities, ranging from general repairs and building inspections to minor works such as decorating, plumbing repairs and facilities maintenance, ensuring council buildings remain safe, secure, compliant, warm and fit for purpose.This position operates on a fixed working pattern of 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00am to 5:30pm on Friday.
