Group CRM & Digital Marketing Manager

  • Location: Manchester (Support Centre)
  • Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + up to 30% bonus per annum
  • Reports to: Marketing & Sales Director

The Role

We're looking for a data-driven Group Digital Marketing Manager to own performance marketing and CRM across our brands — Rudy's and Albert's Schloss. You'll be the group's expert on the numbers: building and running the CRM journeys that keep guests coming back, holding our SEO, paid digital and web development agencies to account, and turning GA4 data into decisions the brand teams can act on.

You'll also own paid ads strategy and performance for Rudy's delivery channels, working directly with our delivery partners to drive volume and profitable growth. You'll work closely with the Marketing & Sales Director and brand marketing managers to make sure every pound of digital spend, every CRM send, and every website change is working as hard as it can.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the group CRM strategy — building, running and continually optimising automated and campaign journeys across all brands. Preference for Klaviyo experience.
  • Report on CRM performance and turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with SEO and paid digital agencies across the group — setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and holding partners accountable for delivery and budget.
  • Own paid promotion strategy and performance for Rudy's delivery channels (Deliveroo, Uber Eats and equivalent platforms) — a process similar to PPC — managing ad spend, promotions and in-app placements to drive volume and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with web development agencies — briefing builds, updates and fixes across brand websites, and QAing delivery against brief.
  • Use GA4 to monitor and report on website and campaign performance across brands; flag trends, issues and opportunities before they become problems.
  • Use AI tools (Claude) to streamline and speed up reporting and analysis across CRM and digital performance.
  • Partner with brand marketing managers to align paid, organic and CRM activity with each brand's campaign calendar and tone of voice.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets across agencies and platforms, ensuring efficient spend and demonstrable ROI.
  • Ensure tracking is correctly implemented and maintained across brands (GA4 events, conversion pixels, UTMs) so reporting can be trusted.
  • Present digital and CRM performance updates to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Keep across platform and product changes (Klaviyo, GA4, Google Ads, Meta) and recommend where the group should adapt.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid, hands-on experience with well know CRM platforms (ideally Klaviyo) — building and running email journeys and reporting on their performance.
  • Experience with paid promotion on delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats or similar) is a plus — not essential, but useful given the process is similar to PPC.
  • Proven experience managing SEO and paid digital/media agencies, including setting KPIs and holding partners accountable.
  • Experience working with web agencies, with a working understanding of web development — able to brief, QA and troubleshoot at a functional level.
  • Solid understanding of GA4 — comfortable navigating standard reports, building custom explorations, and validating conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate reporting and analysis.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally across multiple brands or sites in hospitality, food & drink, retail, or a similar consumer sector.
  • Analytical mindset — able to turn data into a clear, confident recommendation rather than just a report.
  • Strong stakeholder management — briefing and challenging external agencies while collaborating with internal brand teams.
  • Organised and deadline-driven, with confidence owning a budget.
