About The Job

Games Workshop is looking for a collaborative and credible Manufacturing Project Manager to join our Manufacturing Operations team in Nottingham. If you’re passionate about project management and building strong working relationships to deliver Manufacturing and Facilities projects across the Games Workshop Nottingham Campuses, then this role could be perfect for you.

With experience managing projects in both manufacturing and operational environments, you’ll deliver projects to tight deadlines and agreed budgets. Your clear communication and collaboration approach will be pivotal, as you’ll work with Senior Managers, the wider Games Workshop business and external partners, to ensure that everyone is fully on board and that projects are completed safely and compliantly. You’ll understand the importance of bringing the right people together, in the right roles, at the right time, as you identify project needs from discovery through to final implementation and review.

Highly organised and thorough, you’ll work with the relevant teams to agree on the business case, scope, timescale, and budgets for all projects and initiatives, including price negotiations as required. These projects will typically have a variety of aims and goals, ranging from operational improvement, facility upgrades, capacity uplift, health and safety, and compliance. It will be up to you to make sure every project is completed properly to every little detail.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring demonstrable experience in project delivery, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment. You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset and an in-depth understanding of relevant Health and Safety regulations. Working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, and the completion of a PRINCE2 qualification would be highly desirable. Above all, we are looking for someone who can create, develop, and manage complex relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

If you’re someone who thrives in environments that demand resilience, decisiveness, and the courage to hold firm under pressure and ensure everything runs smoothly while overcoming any obstacles in your way, apply today!

Working at Games Workshop

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
