Marketing Manager

We're working with an established premium B2B brand that designs and manufactures high-quality products for a global client base. Following a period of strong growth, the business is expanding into new markets and is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, brand visibility and commercial growth.


This is a broad and varied role for a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You'll take ownership of campaigns, events, content and CRM activity, while helping to build scalable marketing processes and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. It's an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within an ambitious company entering its next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across email, paid social, content marketing and social media
  • Own and manage HubSpot CRM, including campaign delivery, reporting and optimisation
  • Lead the planning and execution of approximately 30 trade shows and hospitality events annually
  • Create, brief and manage the production of premium digital and print marketing assets
  • Support social media activity across LinkedIn and Instagram, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on website management, product development initiatives and commercial planning


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within premium, luxury, hospitality or design-led brands
  • Proven track record delivering successful lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM
  • Experience planning and delivering trade shows, exhibitions and events
  • Comfortable operating in a standalone role and establishing marketing processes and best practice
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leadership teams


Project Scope & Duration

2-3 month contract with an immediate start

£300 per day
