Marketing Operations Graduate (Conversion, Automation & Content)
The Vamoos Travel App is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how the travel industry operates. We're a small, ambitious team that moves quickly, experiments often, and believes great ideas can come from anyone. Right now, we're building exciting AI-powered tools that will help travel companies work smarter and grow faster - and we're looking for curious, fast-moving people to help us do it.
The Role
We're looking for someone who gets excited by the puzzle - the systems, the process design, and the challenge of figuring out why things work and how to make them better. Marketing Operations sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, and it's a relatively new and fast-evolving discipline that's all about problem-solving. The ideal candidate is curious and process-driven, genuinely interested not just in marketing, but in shaping how it's done, and excited to build their career at the frontier of it.
You don't necessarily need to have experience with the marketing automation tools we use (e.g. HubSpot, Clay, or n8n), but you do need to be ready to roll up your sleeves, learn fast, and not be afraid to get stuck in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own conversions: helping move contacts from raw data, to engaged prospects, to booked meetings
- Build, manage and improve automated marketing workflows
- Segment our database and build targeted campaigns
- Use the latest AI tools to make our marketing smarter, faster and more effective
- Support our SEO and GEO strategy, helping us show up in both traditional and AI-generated search results
- Support with event management
- Monitor industry trends, including emerging AI tools and marketing techniques
- Track and report on performance in HubSpot, turning data into clear insight and next steps
- Social media management
- Get involved in ad-hoc projects across marketing and growth
About You
We're looking for someone early in their career with a genuinely analytical mind and real curiosity for how things work. You don't need a marketing degree, but you do need to be sharp, logical and switched on. This is a varied, entry-level role, so you'll get a bit of everything, but we're especially keen to find someone who leans analytical.
You'll likely be someone who:
- Is analytical and logical, and enjoys working with data to understand what's working and what isn't
- Is comfortable getting hands-on with tools, systems and processes
- Can get to grips with complicated processes quickly and work out how to apply them
- Critically evaluates AI output rather than just accepting what it produces
- Is curious about technology and genuinely interested in how AI is reshaping marketing
- Picks up new concepts quickly, figures things out independently, and takes initiative
- Has a strong eye for detail in design and copy
- Has some SEO or GEO experience or understanding (nice to have, not essential)
- Has used HubSpot or a similar CRM before (nice to have, not essential)
Most importantly, you're someone who is excited by the idea of being at the sharp end of how marketing is evolving, and you want to grow fast.
