As a Marketing Specialist, you lead mid to large-scale projects end-to-end as a key individual contributor, ensuring successful delivery of marketing campaigns, projects, and programmes. You manage the full lifecycle, from budget reconciliation through to social media promotion. You play a key role in building client brand awareness by developing strategic project plans and wider marketing strategies for major products.
You work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns and sponsorships. You bring subject matter expertise within the wider marketing function and your specialist area, ensuring alignment across adjacent projects and stakeholders to maximise ROI.

Responsibilities Include
- Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximise awareness and engagement before, during, and after each project, in collaboration with growth, content and design teams, using digital tools.
- Drive analysis and insight development from data to identify new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver business outcomes, overseeing content positioning and marketing programmes to grow awareness and engagement across social, on-network and off-network channels.
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to define project strategy and objectives, including drive generation and customer advocacy, and identify sponsorship opportunities and new virtual or physical experiences with partner and customer marketing teams.
- Manage multiple media agencies, ensuring effective day-to-day performance and prioritisation of media workflows.
- Maintain strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure high-quality content and campaigns that reflect brand voice and standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader, defining standards and aligning strategic priorities across global marketing efforts.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign ROI using CRM and project management systems, including pipeline, revenue, MQLs, cost per drive, and campaign effectiveness, working closely with sales to maximise impact.
- Act as primary client contact for large-scale media planning, partnering with global media teams to ensure scalable strategies.
- Lead development and execution of social media content, social selling programmes, employee and leadership activation, and measurement frameworks.
- Manage external relationships with venues, suppliers and agencies, including contracts, AV and spatial planning, livestream platforms, swag, catering, gifting, and speaker coordination.
