Maximo Technical Consultant

📍 Location: Perth/Glasgow preference - hybrid working (Remote working will also be considered)

🔁Contract Type: 6 month contract, potential to be extended

What you’ll do

• Provide hands-on technical support for MAS Mobile, meter-based maintenance, PI/MIF integration and MAS 9.0 to 9.2 upgrade readiness
• Assess and resolve Java and Maximo customisation compatibility issues
• Work with internal teams, including DevOps Engineers, testers, product analysts, the product owner and delivery manager, to resolve blockers and support delivery
• Provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement

What to bring

• Strong hands-on IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite technical delivery experience
• Essential experience with MAS Mobile, ideally including field maintenance or inventory scenarios
• Essential experience working in cloud-hosted MAS environments, preferably Azure Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience with meter-based maintenance, PI integration and Maximo Integration Framework
• Experience supporting MAS upgrades, specifically MAS 9.0 to MAS 9.2 or similar MAS 9.x upgrade activity
• Strong understanding of Java and Maximo customisations
• Experience with deployment pipelines and DBC file scripting to support Maximo configuration and release activity
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly with minimal ramp-up
