Job Purpose: To carry out the inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of Council owned fleet vehicles, plant and equipment, providing a high quality mobile mechanical service to ensure assets remain safe, compliant and operational.

Requirements
- Qualified to City and Guilds Part 1 and 2 or Scotvec National Certificate (or similar) in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Current drivers licence is required, preferably holds a valid Category C (HGV) driving licence.
- Time Served HGV Motor Vehicle Mechanic.
- This is a mobile position.
