Role overview:

We are looking for a Mid-weight Content Creator to join our growing team.

Someone who understands how to create social-first content with real craft and intention. This role is not about chasing trends, we’re looking for someone who can thoughtfully concept, shoot, and edit visually compelling content that feels elevated, intentional, and native to each platform.

You should have a strong instinct for storytelling and short-form content creation, with a sharp eye for lighting, pacing, framing, and editing. You should understand what makes content perform across social platforms and know how to create content that feels native to each channel. The ideal candidate is deeply tapped into internet culture.

Job Requirements

This is a hands-on content creator role with shooting and editing at its core.

Non-negotiables

• Experience creating social content within the food or fashion/beauty space
• Comfortable shooting high-quality content on smartphones and DSLR cameras
• Proficient in editing content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  
  

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Content creation, shooting & editing

• Shoot high-quality social-first content across a range of formats and platforms
• Edit engaging short-form content
• Bring a strong visual point of view and craft-led approach to content creation
• Understand how to create content that feels native to platform while still elevating brand presence
• Confidently create both reactive and planned content without compromising craft
  
  

Creative development & ideation

• Collaborate with Creative and Social teams to develop compelling creative concepts
• Contribute to concept development for campaigns, shoots and ongoing content series
• Stay tapped into culture, trends and evolving platform behaviours, understanding what’s worth reacting to and what isn’t
  
  

Production & collaboration

• Manage smaller shoots independently where needed
• Adapt quickly in fast-paced production environments while maintaining creative quality
• Support with creative problem solving during production and post-production
• Present and talk through creative thinking internally and with clients where required
• Create detailed shot lists and visual breakdowns ahead of shoots
