The opportunity

This is an employed or self employed, hybrid working role based in Woking.


Self Employed:

  • 70/30 split on self-generated business
  • 55/45 split on any company-provided leads
  • Occasional qualified leads provided
  • A drive to self-generate with the support and guidance from Weycroft to achieve this
  • No adviser fees to pay
  • All network, admin & regulatory costs covered
  • Flexible, hybrid working options with regular team interaction
  • Full administrative support to maximise your time advising clients


Employed:

  • Competitive Salary - Dependent on experience

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience advising on mortgage & protection products (minimum of 1 year of solid advice) is preferable. Mortgage advice industry experience is a must
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
  • Based within reasonable travelling distance of our offices in Woking
