What You’ll Do
- As multi skilled Operative, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Multi skilling across various trades to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes. This includes repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.
- Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
- All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be

You have
- Relevant building/construction qualification.
- Experienced of working across multiple building trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.
- A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

The practical bits
- Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment.
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- You’ll need a Basic DBS and health check done and we pay for that.
- 34 days leave, rising to 39 (this includes bank holidays and a “me day”). The option to buy 5 more each year
- 2 paid volunteering days each year

- Matching pension contribution (up to 7% and life insurance of 3x basic salary)
