What You’ll Do
- Manage critical publishing partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring effective communication, deep product understanding, and the successful delivery of contractual requirements.
- Provide crucial support for internal data-driven analysis and strategic decision-making related to publishing-specific initiatives and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to facilitate timely and accurate data exchange between music publishing partners and the company.
- Efficiently triage and resolve partner issues, coordinating with internal teams and systems to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Serve as a key source of insights into the evolving music publishing ecosystem and the needs of partners.
- Support the execution of impactful marketing programs that align with company goals and champion the priorities of music publishers and songwriters.
- Thrive and deliver results in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative work environment.
- Extensive relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience in music publishing or collective management organization partner management and/or engagement.
- Demonstrated digital music experience, including a strong understanding of digital business models, music publishing rights, and music rights data.
- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience leading data-driven analysis to inform strategy and decisions.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working closely with music publishing operational or royalties teams.
- Familiarity with digital music licensing agreements.
