Web Control was founded in 2001 with the main principles of providing a first-class customer service experience and to exploit emerging technologies to help develop our customers IT Systems.   

The role advertised is to join our NetSuite team as a consultant whether that is as a fully functional consultant, technical or a mixture of both will depend on the candidate and their experience. The right candidate will also support the existing consultants with ongoing implementations and support for our existing NetSuite customers.  

The role will also require the candidate to be part of Teams/Zoom calls with our customers and prospects. They may occasionally need to go onsite and visit our customers to deliver work. So, possessing a UK driving license is desirable although not essential. While onsite you will be representing Web Control so being presentable and acting professionally is to be expected.

Role Responsibilities include: 

Study towards or already hold the following certification: 

· Suite Foundation,

  • Suite Administrator,
  • ARM and Multibook,
  • ERP Consultant 

· Primarily working from home 

· Lead Multiple Projects/Implementations adhering to milestones 

· Plan and run customer engagement meetings, process walkthroughs, training sessions 

· Hitting set revenue targets 

· Mentor and manage Junior staff development, goals and targets 

· Attend customer site if required within the UK and abroad 

· Ensure projects/implements are delivered via the Suite success methodology 

· Working closely with the Implementation manger to seek support where needed, guidance or higher level decision making to ensure project stays on track. 

· Working closely with the technical team when needed for specific solutions, customizations, and integrations 

· Identify process gaps between software standard practice and customer process 

· Devise solutions where required to ensure software suits the customer business 

· Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) within constraints of time and budget 

Out of hours working and weekend working may be required and will be recompensed. 

Additional Information:  

Although this position is remote, there will be the opportunity to visit our customer sites, so a UK driving licence is very much desirable and being UK Based is essential.
