Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days at home

The Role
Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Monitor trade flow, resolve trade breaks, and oversee all cash activity
• Escalate and manage exceptions with an understanding of operational risk controls
• Maintain strong internal relationships and promote service improvement initiatives
• Support administrative and operational processes as required

What you bring

• Proven client service experience in a financial services or operational environment
• Knowledge of listed derivatives and/or OTC clearing is advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
• Keen interest in technology solutions and process transformation
