Operations Manager (Private Clinic)
Location: Central London/ hybrid
Working pattern: three days per week, with potential to increase
For an established aesthetic clinic with a busy London practice and a growing team, an experienced Operations Manager is sought to support the day-to-day running of the business, improve
internal processes, and ensure the clinic continues to operate efficiently as it grows.
This is a hands-on role focused on organisation, oversight, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
• Oversee daily operations across the main London clinic
• Maintain operational oversight of additional clinics under the clinic's banner
• Improve systems and workflows to support and consolidate growth across the business
• Ensure effective use of internal systems, including patient management and Xero
Team Management
• Support and oversee a medium-sized team of clinicians, secretaries, and advisors
• Assist with hiring and onboarding
• Maintain clear communication and accountability across the business
Business Support
• Monitor budgets and general spending
• Support reporting and basic data analysis
• Identify practical improvements to efficiency and service delivery
Brand and Client Experience
• Maintain consistency in service and brand standards
• Support a high-quality client experience
Experience
• Experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organisational and operational skills with at least two years’ experience
• Confident managing people and processes
• Comfortable working with systems, data, and budgets
• Reliable, structured, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
Education and background
• A degree in business or healthcare management, or equivalent qualifications/relevant experience
• Proven operational experience
Person and culture
• Possess the ability to remain calm and strategic under pressure
• Be based in the London area, or within a reasonable commute
Working arrangements
• Part-time, three days per week
• Hybrid, with on-site presence required, and extended presence fortnightly/monthly
• Eight hours per day between 9am and 6:30pm
• Regular communication via email, messaging, and in-situ scheduled meetings
Compensation
£45-55,000.00 (pro-rata) depending on experience
