We are looking for:
Oracle HCM Cloud
- Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience, ideally 4+ years
- Workstream Lead experience for at least one Oracle HCM module
- Strong Oracle HCM configuration/setup expertise
- Functional HR Knowledge: HR processes, HR business processes & challenges
- Oracle HCM Certification in at least one module
- Data Migration: critical HR data, functional data conversion, transformation & reconciliation
- Integration Knowledge: Oracle HCM integration touchpoints
- Consulting & Delivery
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Implementation Exposure
