Are you a senior Paid Search specialist who lives and breathes campaign optimisation? This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-volume account where your strategic thinking and attention to detail will really count.
The Role
You'll be joining a busy, performance-focused team managing Google and Bing Search campaigns at Account Director level. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership — from optimisation and QA through to managing two stakeholders based in Poland. If you're someone who takes pride in clean, well-structured accounts and isn't satisfied until the numbers are moving in the right direction, you'll thrive here.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the management and optimisation of Google and Bing Search campaigns
- Conducting thorough QA across the account - accuracy and detail are critical at this level
- Managing and collaborating with two senior stakeholders based remotely in Poland
- Providing clear performance analysis and actionable recommendations
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience at Account Director level within Paid Search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)
- Deep expertise in campaign optimisation — expect this to be a focus in interview
- Exceptional attention to detail; someone who spots what others miss
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-border collaboration
- Immediately available or on a short notice period (this is a 12-month FTC)
