About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Non-Contentious Construction team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping matters running smoothly.

Supporting fee earners, clients and Partners, you'll play an important role in our non-contentious fixed-fee practice, helping to manage the administrative aspects of transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for both the team and our clients.

About you:

We are looking for someone who brings Paralegal experience, with desirable experience in non-contentious construction work and enjoys getting into the detail while supporting fee earners on a broad range of matters.

You'll play a key role in the initial review of construction documentation, including JCT contracts and other building agreements, confidently identifying risks, inconsistencies and areas requiring escalation, and communicating these clearly and effectively. Working closely with the wider team, you'll help ensure matters progress smoothly, bringing a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality work and excellent client service.
