Part-time HR Manager - Production

We're working with an independent creative production business looking to bring a standalone part time HR Manager to their team.

This is a standalone HR role supporting a creative, project-led environment of around 75 employees, alongside a wider freelance workforce that flexes depending on production needs. You'll be the go-to person for all things people, working closely with the Directors and senior team and helping shape how HR develops as the business continues to grow.

It's a broad generalist role, covering everything from day-to-day HR and employee relations through to recruitment, performance, policies, benefits, employment law and longer-term people projects. There's also an opportunity to take a fresh look at existing processes, systems and ways of working and make them work better for the business.

They're looking for someone with solid standalone HR experience who is confident operating independently, but who is also practical and hands-on. You'll need to be comfortable dealing with sensitive ER matters, advising senior stakeholders and managing the detail, while also being able to step back and think about what the business needs next.

This role has plenty of scope to make your own. The HR function is evolving, so they're looking for someone who can bring a bit more experience and structure, without losing the personality and flexibility that comes with working in a creative business.

The role is part time 3 to 4 days, with ideally 2 to 3 days onsite but with flexibility on hours.
