Pensions Senior Associate | London | 7+ years’ PQE
We are looking for an experienced solicitor to join our pensions team in London.
You’ll advise trustees and employers on a broad range of matters across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, gaining exposure to varied and high-quality pensions work.
You’ll join a collaborative team where you can contribute to high-quality advisory work, deepen your technical expertise and continue developing your pensions practice.
About The Role
Our pensions practice is one of the largest and most highly regarded specialist teams in the UK, with top-tier rankings in both Chambers and The Legal 500. The team comprises 19 partners and around 50 other fee earners, advising trustees and employers on all aspects of defined benefit, defined contribution pension schemes and derisking solutions including buy-in and buy-out arrangements—longevity products and other structures.
Our work also covers DB and DC master trusts, whole of life and RCDC models, sponsor swaps and other innovative structures. We handle pensions litigation within the team as well as advisory work, enabling us to brief clients fully on potentially contentious issues and bring a balanced perspective to our advice.
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading pensions practice and work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team.
