At Spire Clare Park Hospital, we're looking for a proactive and approachable People Advisor to join our friendly People team. Working closely with the Senior People Business Partner, Hospital Director, and department managers, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service that helps our colleagues thrive.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From supporting managers with employee relations matters and recruitment activity to driving engagement and development initiatives, you'll be a trusted partner across the hospital and an integral part of our success.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues
- Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction activity
- Supporting learning and development initiatives to build capability across the hospital
- Contributing to engagement, wellbeing, and people-focused projects
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Building strong, trusted relationships with managers and departmental leaders
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive working environment
Who We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing managers, and finding practical solutions to people challenges.
You'll also have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing a range of employee relations matters
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence positive outcomes
