The Role


Reporting into the Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO, assisting with diary management, correspondence, and general office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced environment.


🛍️ What you'll be doing:


·     Provide day-to-day administrative and general support to the Senior EA & CEO

·     Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries

·     Provide e-mail management support including organisation and filtering of e-mail inbox

·     Assist in arranging travel, accommodation and occasional personal bookings

·     Helping organise weekly priorities and updating trackers

·     Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion

·     Provide general administrative support to assist the smooth running of the office

·     Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively

·     Support the Senior EA on executive office projects, events and ad hoc tasks as required
