Physiotherapist

As a Physiotherapist, you'll provide expert assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, delivering evidence-based care while maintaining exceptional clinical and customer service standards. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting customers to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You'll help us make health happen by: Assessing, diagnosing and treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions in line with Bupa clinical pathways and governance standards. Delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes for corporate and self-paying customers. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Building strong relationships with customers, GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting quality, audit and compliance activities. Participating in continued professional development and contributing to service improvements. Promoting outstanding customer service and helping drive clinical excellence across the service. What you'll bring: HCPC registered Physiotherapist.

Extensive post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organisation and time management abilities. Experience treating private patients; sports injury and occupational health experience beneficial. Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
