LOCATION: Oasis Academy HadleyWORKING PATTERN: 15.45 to 18.00 term time.JOB PURPOSE: To lead the After School Club team in providing a stimulating, inclusive, safe learning environment for students in After School Club and Holiday Club provision.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and committed After School Club Leader to lead our After School Club provision and provide a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all children attending. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the club, managing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and creating a positive environment where children can thrive.
You will lead a team in delivering high-quality care, promoting children's wellbeing, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and supervision.
