The Opportunity

We're looking for a Principal SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant who brings more than technical expertise to the table.

Someone who understands that great consulting isn't about delivering a configuration and disappearing. It's about understanding the business, challenging assumptions, building relationships and making complex things work brilliantly.

You'll be the technical authority, trusted adviser and driving force behind SAP PM and Enterprise Asset Management transformations, working with clients where operational performance really matters.

And this isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a playbook and follow instructions.

We want your experience, your ideas and your influence.

What will you be doing?

• Leading complex SAP PM implementations and transformations across ECC and S/4HANA, from discovery and design through to go-live and beyond.
• Owning solution design, driving workshops and confidently advising senior stakeholders on what works, what doesn't and what could work better.
• Bringing together SAP PM with MM, QM, CO and PS to deliver genuinely integrated solutions.
• Leading and mentoring talented consultants across our international delivery teams.
• Turning complex operational challenges into intelligent, practical SAP solutions.
• Contributing to presales, helping identify opportunities and shaping solutions that make clients sit up and take notice.
• Playing an active part in developing our expertise, strengthening client relationships and helping AG continue to grow.

Who are we looking for?

You've been around the SAP block. You've seen the good implementations, the challenging ones and probably a few that still make you wince.

More importantly, you've learned from them.

You'll ideally bring 12+ years of SAP consulting experience, including at least five years of Plant Maintenance domain experience and a strong track record of end-to-end SAP PM implementations, configuration and support.

You'll be equally comfortable getting into the technical detail, steering a room full of stakeholders or mentoring the next generation of consultants.

Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Natural Resources or Automotive would be particularly valuable. Exposure to SAP PS, automation or tools such as Winshuttle and Prometheus would be a bonus.

But beyond the CV, we're interested in how you think.
