Principal Teacher - Kippen Primary School 102510
Kippen Primary School is a vibrant, welcoming learning community set in the heart of Kippen village. We pride ourselves on valuing every individual’s contribution toward our shared vision and values. Our ethos is built on creativity, inquiry, and high aspirations. We set high expectations for all learners, equipping our young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become active, successful contributors to both our local community and wider society.
We are seeking an inspiring, collaborative, and forward-thinking Principal Teacher to join our dedicated team. This key leadership post combines a class teaching commitment with dedicated leadership time to drive strategic aspects of our School Improvement Plan. As Principal Teacher, you will play an active role in shaping our school community—championing learner leadership, supporting development, and organising engaging whole-school opportunities.
Please note that although the application process allows the uploading of a CV (resume), this is not a requirement for teaching posts and if submitted will not be taken into account during shortlisting to ensure a consistent approach for assessing all candidates. You should instead fully answer the question section with all relevant experience and skills.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
If you’ve got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you. We encourage applications from the right candidates regardless of age (restrictions apply to Modern Apprenticeships), disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, belief or race.
