We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual to join the UCLH Private Healthcare team as a Private Consultant Admin Coordinator. In this role, you will provide a high-quality administrative and secretarial service, supporting a group of consultants and their private practice at UCLH while ensuring an exceptional experience for patients throughout their healthcare journey. Main duties of the job As the first point of contact for patients, will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise effectively within clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust to ensure that the patient journey is seamless. Responsibilities will include referral management, patient liaison, arranging clinics including collection of required documents and scans, letter correspondence, diary management and other tasks.This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, helping to shape and support the delivery of private healthcare services at UCLH. You will act as an ambassador for the Private Healthcare service, promoting high standards of customer care and building positive relationships with patients, consultants and colleagues.The successful candidate will be confident communicating sensitive information with professionalism, empathy and discretion between private consultants, patients and their families. You will need to demonstrate you have significant experience in providing excellent customer service within a demanding administrative. You will be proactive, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
