Overview
Leading retail organisation seeks a Finance Business Process Lead / SME to support a critical Oracle Retail implementation within a wider finance transformation programme. This is an urgent backfill for a departing senior lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end finance processes
- Support Oracle Retail across:
- Purchase orders
- Stock & sales ledgers
- Invoice matching
- Define future finance operating models
- Work closely with transformation teams, tech teams, and implementation partners
Requirements
- Strong Oracle Retail experience (essential)
- Finance process expertise in retail environments
- Experience with stock ledger, sales ledger, and AP processes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Desirable: Oracle Fusion, online/grocery retail background
