As the Product Specialist – Camera Motion Systems, you will support the growth and market position of Ross Video’s robotics and camera motion portfolio across EMEA.

You will act as a key link between Product Management, Sales, and customers — providing technical expertise, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting presales activities. You will help position CMS solutions within customer workflows, contribute to marketing content, and ensure customers clearly understand the value of Ross solutions.

What The Job Is All About:

Business Development & Pre-sales

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for CMS opportunities across EMEA
  • Support EMEA sales teams with technical expertise across CMS products (robotics, camera systems, motion solutions)
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and workflow discussions to customers and partners
  • Assist in solution design, system configuration, and pricing in collaboration with sales
  • Contribute to quotations, tenders, and technical proposals and provide detailed technical input.
  • Validate system compatibility with Ross and 3rd party products (switchers, graphics, automation, tracking, etc.)
  • Position Ross solutions against competitors with clear value articulation
  • Support EMEA trade shows, customer events, and industry engagements (e.g., IBC, regional partner events)

Customer & Technical Support

  • Provide pre-sales technical guidance to EMEA customers, system integrators, and internal teams, be the primary tech advisor.
  • Assist EMEA customers in understanding system architecture and integration into regional production workflows
  • Support internal enablement and training of sales teams, partners and customers
  • Act as a subject matter expert for CMS products and applications

Product Marketing & Enablement

  • Support creation of customer-facing materials including:
    • Product videos and demos
    • Case studies and application notes
    • Brochures, cutsheets, and web content
  • Contribute to social media and marketing campaigns where relevant
  • Assist in developing internal training materials and sales enablement tools
Market Feedback & Product Input

  • Gather structured technical feedback from EMEA customers on workflows, challenges, and product performance
  • Provide insights to Product Management to support roadmap, system architecture and positioning
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends across EMEA in robotics and production workflows

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers to align on messaging, positioning, and priorities
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure accurate technical communication
  • Coordinate with global teams to support strategic opportunities

Who You Are:

  • Experience operating, selling, or supporting broadcast or production technology
  • Strong understanding of live production workflows and camera systems
  • Familiarity with robotics, motion control, or studio automation systems (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Experience supporting solution-based sales or presales activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce
  • Ability to quickly learn Ross Video products and ecosystem
  • Experience with camera robotics or motion systems
  • Experience working with system integrators or broadcast partners
  • Fluency in English required, additional European or regional language skills beneficial
  • Experience creating marketing or training content
