Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production environment. The successful candidate will ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and regulatory standards while leading and developing a team of production staff.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, data integrity, and compliance standards.
- Experience managing deviations, CAPAs, root cause investigations, and quality systems.
- Proven people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Ability to plan and allocate labour resources to meet production targets.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with QA, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience reviewing production documentation and maintaining audit-ready standards. [
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience within a GMP production environment.
