Role Description This part-time Project Manager role is based on-site in London and focuses on supporting strategic and operational projects across the university. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, timelines, and resources, and managing project documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking progress against milestones, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, and facilitating meetings with academic and professional services stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives, and supporting change management and communication activities. The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and practices.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience facilitating meetings, preparing clear reports, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, data analysis for decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in complex or matrix environments, ideally within higher education, research, or public sector settings.
- Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent, spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
- Relevant professional qualification or training in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMI) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, such as business, management, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a commitment to inclusive and ethical practice.
